From Digi-Key, National Semiconductor's new family of full-featured synchronous buck regulators provides high efficient DC-DC power conversion for point-of-load applications. The family offers a full range of features and options enabling the designer to fully customize their power solution to meet system needs. When powering multiple point-of-loads, a combination of appropriate devices can be chosen based upon the features to create a small, efficient, and complete solution with minimal external components or circuitry. The LM201XX devices (eTSSOP-16 package) have a VIN range from 2.95V to 5.5V and supports up to 5A loads. The LM20242 device (eTSSOP-20 package) has a VIN range from 4.5V to 36V and supports up to 2A loads.
