Antennas are structures or devices used to collect or radiate electromagnetic waves. Search by Specification | Learn More about Antennas
Horn antennas are used for the transmission and reception of microwave signals. They are usually fed by waveguides. Search by Specification | Learn More about Horn Antennas
Chip antennas are semiconductor ICs used to collect or radiate electromagnetic waves. Learn More about Chip Antennas
RF amplifiers are devices that accept a varying input signal and produce an output signal that varies in the same way, but with larger amplitude. Search by Specification | Learn More about RF Amplifiers
Towers, masts, poles and support structures elevate, support and/or position personnel and equipment such as antennas, lighting, surveillance cameras or sensors, wind turbines, weather instruments, and power lines. Learn More about Towers, Masts, Poles and Support Structures
RF band pass filters are active or passive circuits that pass signals from a specific frequency band and reject signals from out-of-band frequencies. Surface acoustic wave (SAW) filters, crystal filters, and cavity filters are types of band pass filters. Search by Specification | Learn More about RF Band Pass Filters
Wireless systems consist of combined RF components such as transmitters, receivers, transceivers, filters, down / up converters, antennas and antenna positioners. Learn More about Wireless Systems
RF transformers transfer energy from one circuit to another by electromagnetic induction. Typically, they are used to increase or decrease voltage as it passes from one side through the other. Search by Specification | Learn More about RF Transformers
...and microwave frequencies to store, send, and retrieve data about monitored products or devices. There are several types of radio frequency identification (RFID) products. Tags or transponders are microchips that attach to RFID antennas and receive signals... Search by Specification | Learn More about Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Products
Impedance matching networks are electrical circuits which, when connected between two networks, match the output impedance of the source (the first network) to the input impedance of the load (the receiving or second network). The purpose of matching these two impedances is to minimize wave reflection and/or to maximize the transfer of power between the system and the load. Search by Specification | Learn More about Impedance Matching Networks
Oscillators are devices that are used to generate repetitive signals. They produce output signals without an input signal. There are two major types of electronic oscillators: harmonic oscillators and relaxation oscillators. Harmonic oscillators produce sine wave outputs. Relaxation oscillators produce non-sine wave outputs such as square wave, rectangular wave, and sawtooth outputs. Search by Specification | Learn More about Oscillators
RF and microwave laminates are used as substrates for radio frequency (RF) and microwave communication systems and electronics. They are designed to meet the demanding performance standards for higher-frequency applications. Search by Specification | Learn More about RF and Microwave Laminates
Coaxial terminators are electrical devices that connect to the ends of coaxial cables to prevent signals from reflecting back when they reach the end of the cable. Search by Specification | Learn More about Coaxial Terminators
...unobtrusive antenna support structures that are used to provide wireless coverage. Some resemble clock towers or flagpoles. Fold-over towers bend at an interval to allow access to mounted equipment. Guyed towers use guy wires to support antennas... Learn More about Communication Tower Erection Services
...meter measures the power of the transmitted RF signal, normally within a range of 10 kHz to 40 GHz. Hertz (Hz) is a measurement of frequency in cycles per second. Gigahertz (GHz) is a unit of frequency equal to one billion cycles per second. An RF... Learn More about RF Test Equipment

Comtelco antennas use a rugged .125" diameter stainless 17-7 steel tapered whip in our standard base loaded antennas. Many of their competitors use only a .100" diameter whip. The difference can be seen in the excessive bending that a lighter duty whip exhibits when mounted on a moving vehicle. (read more)
