The MGA-565P8 is buffer amplifier designed for use in LO chains to drive high dynamic range passive mixers with consistent high Psat of 20dBm with 0dBm input power, isolation of 42dB and small signal gain of 22dB gain, ideal for use as a buffer amplifier in cellular/PCS/WCDMA/CDMA2000 base station and other wireless infrastructure application up to 3GHz frequency range. It is fabricated using Avago Technologies' GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process and housed in an 8-lead LPCC (JEDEC DFP-N) package.
