The ADA-4643 is a general purpose Silicon Bipolar Darlington Amplifier housed in an industry standard SOT-343 (4-lead SC70) package. The device is a current driven amplifier that operates on a single current supply. It also exhibits flat gain, high linearity and unconditional stability.
