The ADA-4789 is a low cost high linearity Silicon Bipolar Darlington amplifier fabricated using Avago Technologies’ HP-25 Silicon Bipolar Process with 25 GHz fT and 30 GHZ fmax. The Darlington feedback structure provides inherent broad bandwidth performance, resulting in useful operating frequency up to 2.5 GHz. It is also very easy to use as it is input and output matched to 50 ohms.
