solid state GaAs FET amplifier designed for
the Multichannel Multipoint Distribution
System (MMDS) market. The output power
(P1dB) is +34 dBm, the OIP3 is +47 dBm,
and the Linear Gain is 33 dB. The unit uses
the latest surface mount technologies to
provide numerous features, while
maintaining a very small size.
