This affordable, high quality, solid state LDMOS amplifier is designed for the Cellular/GSM Telephony market. Its compact size and ultra high linearity make it ideally suited for systems using CDMA, TDMA or high dynamic multi-carrier applications.
The SM09195-45LDL features a built in linearizer increasing the OIP3 by over 7 dB! Temperature compensation is also standard.
Features include a Single DC Supply, Over/Reverse Voltage Protection, Thermal Protection with Auto Reset, and Logic On/Off Control. Forward/Reverse Power Detection and a Harmonic Filter are available options.
The unit includes an integral heatsink and is available in modular form (standard), or as a rack mountable amplifier.
