This affordable, high quality, solid state GaAs amplifier is designed for the Universal Mobile Telecommunication Systems (UMTS) market. Its compact size and ultra high linearity make it ideally suited for systems using CDMA, TDMA or high dynamic multi-carrier applications.
The SM1923-44L features a built in linearizer increasing the OIP3 by 7 dB! Temperature compensation is also standard.
Other features include a Single DC Supply, Over/Reverse Voltage Protection, Thermal Protection with Auto Reset, and Logic On/Off Control. RF Sampling and an integral heatsink are available options.
