This affordable, high quality, solid state GaAs amplifier is designed for the Personal Communication Systems (PCS) market. Its compact size and high linearity make it ideally suited for systems using CDMA or TDMA standards.
Other features include a Single DC Supply, Over/Reverse Voltage Protection, Thermal Protection with Auto Reset, and Logic On/Off Control. An optional heatsink is available.
Standard units include six (6) thru-holes. Modular heatsinks or 19 inch rack versions are available.
