With 200 MHz of instantaneous bandwidth, the amplifier can be used in unlicensed ISM applications. The amplifier operates from 5.7 to 5.9 GHz, provides 37 dB of Linear Gain, has a P1dB of +37 dBm, and an OIP3 of +50 dBm. The unit uses the latest surface mount technologies to provide numerous features, while maintaining a very small size.
