This affordable, high quality, solid state GaAs amplifier is designed for the Personal Communication Systems (PCS) market. Its compact size and high linearity make it ideally suited for systems using CDMA or TDMA applications.
Other features include a Single DC Supply, Over/Reverse Voltage Protection, Thermal Protection with Auto Reset, and Logic On/Off Control. Forward Power Detection is optional.
Standard units include seven (7) thru-holes. Modular heatsinks or 19 inch rack versions are available.
