This affordable, high quality, solid state GaAs amplifier is designed for the Cellular/GSM Telephony market. Its compact size and ultra high linearity make it ideally suited for systems using multi-carrier GSM applications, CDMA, and/or TDMA.
The SM09296-47L features a built in linearizer increasing the OIP3 by 6 dB! Temperature compensation is also standard.
Other features include a Single DC Supply, Over/Reverse Voltage Protection, Thermal Protection with Auto Reset, and Logic On/Off Control. Forward Power Detection is optional.
The unit includes seven thru-holes or can be shipped with an integral heatsink and is available in modular form (standard), or as a rack mountable amplifier.
