The SM1925-33 is an amplifier designed to meet the needs of low cost service providers working in the PCS, IMT2000, UMTS, ISM, and WCS markets. This new generation design supplies a minimum P1dB of 2 Watts and covers 1900 to 2500 MHz. Linear gain is 34 dB with a ±0.4 dB flatness across the band, and VSWR In/Out of 1.5:1. The unit consumes ~1.3 A of quiescent current and has internal voltage regulation which allows for operation between +8 to +12 V.
