This affordable, high quality, solid state GaAs amplifier is designed for the Personal Communication Systems (PCS) market. Its compact size and ultra high linearity make it ideally suited for systems using CDMA, TDMA or high dynamic multi-carrier applications.
The SM1720-41L features a built-in linearizer which increases the OIP3 by 7 dB! Temperature compensation is also standard.
Other features include a Single DC Supply, Over/Reverse Voltage Protection, Thermal Protection with Auto Reset, and Logic On/Off Control. An optional heatsink is available.
