This affordable, high quality, solid state GaAs amplifier is designed for the Personal Communication Systems (PCS) market. Its compact size and ultra high linearity make it ideally suited for systems using CDMA, TDMA or high dynamic multi-carrier applications.
The SM1720-49L features a built in linearizer increasing the OIP3 by 7 dB! Temperature compensation is also standard.
Other features include a Single DC Supply, Over/Reverse Voltage Protection, Thermal Protection with Auto Reset, and Logic On/Off Control. Forward/Reverse Power Detection is optional.
The unit includes an integral heatsink and is available in modular form (standard), or as a rack mountable amplifier.
