This affordable, high quality, solid state LDMOS booster amplifier is designed for the Personal Communication Systems (PCS) market. Its compact size and high linearity make it ideally suited for systems using CDMA, GSM or TDMA standards.

Features include a Built in Isolator, Single DC Supply, Over/Reverse Voltage Protection, Thermal Protection with Auto Reset, and Logic On/Off Control. Power Detection, and a Thermal Alarm are optional.
