This affordable, high quality, solid state GaAs amplifier is designed for the Universal Mobile Telecommunication Systems (UMTS) market. Its compact size and high linearity make it ideally suited for systems using CDMA or TDMA standards.

Features include a Single DC Supply, Over/Reverse Voltage Protection, Thermal Protection with Auto Reset, and Logic On/Off Control. RF Sampling and an integral heatsink are available options.
