The SM2325-37H is a solid state GaAs
amplifier designed for multiple wireless
markets. With 200 MHz of instantaneous
bandwidth, the amplifier can be used in
Industrial Scientific Medical (ISM),
Wireless Communications Systems (WCS),
and Wireless Local Loop (WLL)
applications. This unit operates over a
frequency range of 2300-2500 MHz,
provides 34 dB of gain with a gain flatness
of ± 0.25 dB, has a 1 dB compression point
of +37 dBm, and an output third order
intercept point of +51 dBm. The amplifier
runs off a single supply voltage of +12 V.
This design uses the latest surface mount
technologies to provide numerous features,
while maintaining a very small size. It is
available standard in modular form.
