The SM1722-41L is a 1.7 to 2.2 GHz solid
state GaAs FET amplifier designed for
Laboratory applications for the Personal
Communications (PCS) and WCDMA
Markets. Its ultra high linearity makes it
ideally suited for systems using single or
multi-carrier wireless applications. Our
proprietary pre-distortion technique
dramatically improves the linearity of this
amplifier, which provides an OIP3 of +60
dBm typical. The unit is ideally suited for
laboratory use with an internal 110 VAC
power supply, and forced air cooling. An
optional LED display showing output power
is available.
