This affordable, high quality, solid state GaAs amplifier is designed for the Personal Communication Systems (PCS) market. Its compact size and high linearity make it ideally suited for systems using CDMA and TDMA standards.

Features include a Single DC Supply, Level Control, Over/Reverse Voltage Protection, Thermal Protection with Auto Reset, and Logic On/Off Control. Forward/Reverse Power Detection and a Harmonic Filter are available options.

The unit includes an integral heatsink and is available in modular form (standard), or as a rack mountable amplifier.
