The SM2325-50 is a solid state GaAs
amplifier designed for the Fixed Wireless /
Wireless Local Loop markets. The amplifier
operates over a frequency band of 2300 to
2500 MHz and has a P1 dB of +50 dBm.
The linear gain is +59 dB, the gain flatness
is ± 0.5 dB over the full band, and the OIP3
is +61 dBm typical. Stealth uses the latest
FET and surface mount technologies,
allowing a compact size to fit into tightly
packed transmitters.
