This affordable, high quality, LDMOS amplifier is designed for the Universal Mobile Telecommunication Systems (UMTS) market. Its compact size and high linearity make it ideally suited for systems using 3GPP or single carrier GSM.

Features include Temperature Compensation, and Logic On/Off Control. Forward/Reflected Power Detection, Temperature Sensing and Current Alarms are also available.
