This affordable, high quality, solid state LDMOS booster amplifier is designed for the Cellular/Global Standard for Mobile (GSM) market. Its compact size and high linearity make it ideally suited for systems using CDMA or TDMA standards.

Features include a Single DC Supply, Over/Reverse Voltage Protection, Thermal Protection with Auto Reset, and Logic On/Off Control. Power Detection, and a Thermal Alarm are optional.
